A serious and alarming incident has unfolded in the Toronto Blue Jays organization, as the team’s head coach has reportedly decided to file a report with the league office regarding a threat made to one of the team’s star players.
According to sources close to the team, the threat, which was reportedly made via social media, contained graphic and disturbing language that alluded to physical harm against the player and his family.
The head coach, who was understandably concerned and disturbed by the threat, immediately reported it to the team’s front office, who in turn notified the league’s security department.
